The Perfect Document Signing Software For Real Estate Transactions
Overall Satisfaction with Dotloop
Dotloop is being used by our company and clients for easy document signing for real estate transactions. It is being used in the real estate department as well as with several clients in the real estate industry. When it comes to real estate, document signing and organization is a critical function as delays signing or missing documentation can cause delays in the deal process and cause delays in closing.
Dotloop removes these concerns by creating a dead-simple way for anyone to sign documents online. Homebuyers and sellers do not need to go through time-consuming registration processes, they simply click on the link and it opens the document for them to sign. It is so easy to use that we have never had a technical issue or question from a client on how to use it.

Cons
- Can be clunky at times if you need to make edits and resigning existing documents.
- The admin interface is a not the most user friendly.

- ROI was realized right away by cutting down on administrative time spent on deals.
- Helps keep deals on track and meeting closing dates.
- Cost effective compared to some other similar software.
For real estate transactions, Dotloop wins hands down. HelloSign is good for general document signing purposes, but nothing beats Dotloop and it's ease of use when it comes to real estate transactions with multiple parties involved. We started out with HelloSign but quickly moved to Dotloop after using it a few times as a customer.
