Overall Satisfaction with Dotloop

As an Administrative Coordinator within a property management office for a large hospital, Dotloop has been a huge success for us since using the software! It has cut down on tremendous amounts of physical paperwork as well as time from physically signing paperwork, to filing, to recording data and reporting it has really cut down the work time.
  • Dotloop has a great user interface. The features that seem small but are a huge help such as automatically scrolling to where the person needs to review and sign is very creative.
  • It has been great to be able to pull documents from the app on a mobile device to a web browser on a desktop.
  • It is very easy to organize documents (add, remove, arrange, edit, etc.)
  • I have occasionally encountered the software's wording/tips covering the text on the document.
  • Dotloop has saved time and cut down on costs by eliminating time consuming steps.
We chose Dotloop because of how user friendly and customizable the software is. Our office is ever evolving and we needed a software that can grow with us as we advance and change the way we do things. Other software we tried was limited in this and didn't allow for minor things to be changed.
Dotloop was great when we started out and is still great as we continue to use it. It was very easy to get the hang of and anytime we've needed help we've been able to get the support we need to assist us in our questions and concerns. The response time was also very quick!
Dotloop was very easy to learn and is easy for all parties, even those who are not computer/technology literate. This is an important feature because there are many people involved in completing documents and they change on a consistent basis, where sometimes the person may not be good with technology. In my experience, all users have been able to complete what they need.

I would definitely recommend Dotloop because of how easy it's been to use for all parties involved and how much it has simplified processes and procedures. It is very user friendly, cuts down on unnecessary steps and is very customizable. The ability to configure the software to how you need to use it is a plus!
