Overall Satisfaction with Dotloop

Dotloop made it easy to complete my transaction and the process was smooth by using it to complete daily paperwork needs (signatures, agreements, etc.). Not having to physically go somewhere to sign something was great and it was convenient. By having everything electronic, it saves a ton on paperwork and storage!

Pros

  • Dotloop's user interface is the best I've seen! It brings you exactly to where you need to read and sign.
  • The security features were great and it makes it easy when the client doesn't need to create an account.
  • Convenience is everything! Dotloop has made it easier than ever to complete multiple days of paperwork.

Cons

  • The viewing could be a bit more user friendly when opening from different types of devices.
  • It would be nice if there was an alert that clients don't need to try to login when opening a document since they don't have an account.
  • Dotloop has cut down on valuable time by being able to process documents faster.
  • It is much more convenient to complete paperwork anywhere: car, home, office, etc.
Dotloop was a better value and much more straightforward.
Dotloop has amazing customer service and there are plenty of instructions through the process that are given so you know you are always on the right track.
Dotloop was very easy to use! I personally loved how when you opened the document it would bring you to the page you need without scrolling all around.

Dotloop is great for those who need to get paperwork done AND complete it in a timely efficient manner. It has never been easier to store your files in one place by having this software rather than having paperwork scattered all over the place. Dotloop has made the process much faster and transactions are able to be completed quicker than ever!
