Go from customer interviews to insights fast!

I think from a usability perspective Dovetail does almost everything well, however there is still room for improvement in some areas such as folder/project management for bigger teams and overall navigation. If you're a new user it can get overwhelming quickly of all the potential of the product so maybe an improvement on guiding new users through their first experiences would also help.

Dovetail has been amazing for us to go from doing user interviews to analysing and synthesising the notes and feedback into easily digestible insights in half the time it used to take us without Dovetail. Now with the new addition of Ai features such as automated summaries and thematic suggestions, Dovetail has made it even faster to get to customer insights.
