Dropbox Review

I recently changed jobs and no longer need Dropbox. During the transition, with all of the changes that come about at work and home, my Dropbox renewal was not at the forefront of my mind. I was charged for an auto-renew that I no longer need. I contacted Dropbox to have the charge reversed since I have not used the account since the auto-renewal last week, and do not plan to use it again. They would not even discuss it. So congratulations on keeping my $125 for the next year. In my opinion, I will never sign up with Dropbox again. In my opinion, there are plenty of other services out there that do just as well and will not give you grief over a simple mistake. I believe if you are not sure that you will use Dropbox long term, or if you are not sure of how much you plan to use it, I highly recommend you find another service in my opinion. I believe Dropbox will not work with you should your life circumstances change... even after my company was a customer for a decade. I believe they don't care.
