Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I use Dropbox to organize my files on my work computer. I also use it to share information between coworkers who also use it at work. It's similar to having a share drive, but even better because you can share links to your documents to other companies. It's incredibly easy to use. You have the ability to move things offline as well in case you go through internet connection difficulties. I definitely recommend this product to anyone in the need for organizing files/file share.

  • Possibly slows down computer because so much is running.
  • Streamlines sharing files, rather than having to use email.
  • Four workers can now share all our files and workload, rather than having to recreate the work if we need it at the moment or wait for their email.
Really love this product, and cheaper than others on the market.

I needed to share my files with my coworker who lives out of state; they don't have the same share-drive that I have in the office, so we decided to use Dropbox, and it's worked great for our needs!

Evaluating Dropbox and Competitors

Yes - Share drive within our office was replaced once we got Dropbox, because now we can use it with people who are teleworking from out of state!
