Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox as a secure way to store documents and collaborate. It's great being able to access our materials from anywhere, and the platform is organized and intuitive to navigate.

Pros

  • Organization of folders and files
  • Sharing of files

Cons

  • Confusing sign-in options for desktop app vs. web-based
  • Dropbox allows us to maintain organized documents and thereby have more accurate data for reporting and compliance purposes.

I like using Dropbox for more official archives but prefer Google Docs for day-to-day documents, because of ease of use and because many others use Google Docs in my organization.
