Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Business

the solution of Dropbox Business is used on both levels at the whole organisation of the university, along with the usage of most of the different depts and faculties. It aims to manage the filing of all formal documents that are handled, shared, and modified by most of the staff.

when comparing Dropbox against Google Drive, it comes first the visualisation of the features, in which google has a clear advantage, as it has been developed with the simplicity and at the same time accessibility to all features in an easy way.
The organisation has chosen Dropbox Business because it has the perception that it is safer than google in terms of security and hackering.

the tool works well in small and limited environments, where all users are realativeely close to contact among them. In bigger organisation, the lack of a better visual display that include all the folders, accesses and doc's is somehow a limitation for a big acceptance from the forced users that do not have the chance to choose another tool.
