Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign
I used to send proposals to clients as a document, and they would have to print, sign, scan, and return them. Using Dropbox Sign (formerly Hello Sign) as an add-on to Google Docs makes the whole process easier for the client and me.
Pros
- Ease of sending.
- Ease of signing.
- Trackability
- Automated follow up with client if not signed.
Cons
- It could allow me to upload a signature to use instead of me signing each time. Maybe it does, and I haven't seen it.
- ROI was delivered within one proposal. The client missed the email, was chased automatically, and they signed and returned, without the need for me to do anything.
