Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

My team and I use Dropbox Sign to complete and send various documents related to the purchase, ownership, and sale of real estate and other ancillary services. We need to fill out forms and sign documents very quickly, and having the sign feature built-in/integrated into Dropbox has been helpful.
  • REPC
  • Mortgage Insurance.
  • Rental Agreements.
  • Invoices
  • Greater ease with mobile devices
  • Be able to use the iPad to sign my name when working with a document on my iPhone.
  • More highlighted eSign button.
  • Faster time to receive signatures from clients.
  • Definite reduction in paper waste.
  • Having the convenience of having one app to do the things is helpful.
The user interface is quite simple to navigate. However, it would be nice to have certain aspects that are used more often than not highlighted and/or in bold in order for us to find our way around to the more important and used parts of the app and site.
Honestly, I need to sit down with my team and go through all of the customization possibilities and capabilities of Dropbox and Dropbox Sign. I have not used templates or forms or embedding via the API. I will have to get back to you on that after I sit down with my team to discuss it.
Very similar, in my opinion.

Do you think Dropbox Sign delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Dropbox Sign's feature set?

Yes

Did Dropbox Sign live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Dropbox Sign go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Dropbox Sign again?

Yes

My team and I can pull docs directly from Dropbox and sign in the app… as far as signing NDA’s or Purchase Agreements, it makes it easy. When I need to fill out the forms of a REPC, the lines don’t always match, and the user experience is quite different from mobile to desktop.
