Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We utilize Dropbox for our customer contracts and agreements. Having this tool be used online as an electronic form has made filling out our contracts and receiving them faster than ever for both our customers and us. We don’t have as many loose ends as we did previously.

  • A way to keep track of clients.
  • Better integration with other systems.
  • Faster timing for contracts signed.
  • No worries about paper contracts being lost or damaged.
It works pretty well!
It could be better with the embedding.

We have found Dropbox sign helpful in getting a contract signed in timing to electronic payment methods. Not having to wait for those things to be completed has been great.
