Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign
We have a lot of legal documents and applications that need to be signed, which we use this for. The majority of our work is done by phone/email.
- Easy to use.
- Integrates with our management system.
- Accepted by all of our carriers and companies we work with.
- A lot of insurance documents still need time, so a time box would be helpful; we have to use a text box and rely on them to fill it in.
- Be able to correct an email address without having to redo the whole document.
- Be able to change the email address to someone else if there is a problem with the original address.
- Less time managing mailing documents out for signature.
- Decreased costs of mailing items.
- Less Paper Waste.
VERY similar, maybe with a little less functionality where they had a time feature to add, like the signature box or name box. And we set up custom colors with them. But once we used it, they decided that because of the amount we used it, the price became astronomical, so we switched to Hellosign and were very pleased.
