Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

I use Dropbox Sign for onboarding of employees and for client contracts.
  • it provides a central storage point for all employee onboarding records
  • it improves efficiency in collecting / completing onboarding
  • it improves efficiency in timeline and ease of use for client contracts
  • template use is oddly difficult to use for the same document to multiple users for each to sign an individual document
  • sending multiple documents to a single user is oddly difficult
  • oddly difficult for clients who sign to get the signed copy, supposed to be done automatically but most have problems with it
  • faster time to contract signature
  • earlier completion of employee onboarding
Although it appears to be relatively straightforward, it seems that simple tasks are not that simple.
Although I have a paid subscription, it does not give me the flexibility I would expect for the cost. I am on the lookout for a better product at the same price point.
it feels cumbersome for sending multiple docs to the same person or the same doc for multiple people to sign unique copies. not sure why.
