Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign
I personally feel so sick of the games and the run-around with Dropbox Sign. Called 4 times before I was billed asking them how to remove my credit card or stop auto billing but it was my experience, they did neither. In my experience, they canceled my plan but billed me $1630 anyways! I am personally disgusted by their lack of ethics. Also, I believe there are far less expensive options!

In my opinion, customer service is lacking. I believe they are unethical -- in my experience, they cancelled my membership despite asking them to only stop auto-billing. My account shows the membership was canceled but, I believe they still stole my $1630! Only reason I knew is because bank contacted me about fraud! I am so tired of companies doing this stuff.
