- Some more functionalities could be added like added Security posture for cloud apps.
- Some tickets could take shorter time to close.
- Pricing isn't the most competitive but the services are excellent.
- Cost savings are great because of not having to provision storage within our office.
- The efficiency is great since backups can easily be managed by very few admins.
- The AWS cloud protection is secure and multi-layered so we have that added peace of mind.
Compared to Veeam, Druva was more feature rich, easier to integrate and much less complex.
Also, Druva GUI supports all kinds of workloads within the same GUI so you don't have to log into multiple portals, also the Support is 24/7 and the proof of concept was in-depth and useful.
