Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud

We implemented Druva for EP and M365 users across our organization. The idea is to cover 70% of the overall EP and 100% of the top leadership M3654. Most of our team has been working remotely since Covid this strategic solution not only provides peace of mind for end users but also streamlines operational efficiency for our IT team

Pros

We used ti for M365 and EP. It does everything we need it to do and more. The support from the CSM team has been exemplary ,. They have always made sure to respond or get on a call help us wtih any concerns. The health checks and QBR reviews are very helpful to show the value to the top management.
We reviewed Veeam and Commvault. BUt Druva turned out be better during the POCs. They were also willing to negotiate deal with us and helped us close before the quarter end.The sales team was proactive. We had people inleadership who had used Druva in their previous organisation and they became the champion for Druva

We needed to cover 70% of our remotely located EP users. Druva had silent install where the users weren't aware of the Insync client being installed. none of the users get any alerts . This helps us provide security without being intrusive.Where we see that Druva lacks is in the cases where storage is concerned. Storage provided with each licenses is low . Competition provides options with unlimited storage.
