Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync

Druva inSync is deployed company wide on all our laptops primarily with some limited use on select desktops. It has proven to be a useful product, it's easy to use, deploy and manage. The web based administration console is robust, concise and intuitive interface. We usually just backup the default folders but it's nice to have the option to capture others. The snapshot feature of the backup images is also nice and has saved the day on many occasions.

Druva inSync has proven to useful on our mobile field based laptop PC's. These particular users are often out in the field collecting important data and Druva is perfect to assure this data remains safe and protected. We have had laptop PC's dropped, computers stolen, some took a bath in a lake or pond but the data was always safe thanks to Druva.

Using Druva inSync

65 - Druva inSync is deployed on all laptops that are deployed outside the office for field work. Druva has been very valuable in securing data on these devices as some have been stolen or damaged beyond repair. It's also used on select desktop PC's to provide a secondary backup solution for cloud data.
2 - Druva inSync does not require a lot of administration or support once it's installed. It has proven to be extremely reliable and comes with robust reporting capabilities for proactive support. Our IT team configures, installs and administers the product. It's installed primarily on all company laptops and certain internal PC's.

We have been Druva inSync customers for many many years and will stay with them for the foreseeable future. The product has been reliable for reasonable cost with an excellent support structure should it be needed. Over the years it has provided fast recovery of data that would have been lost otherwise.

Druva inSync Support

To be honest we have never had to contact support since we rarely has problems with it. We did have to contact support multiple times when we were trying out their Phoenix product. Support for that product was responsive and thorough, they truly went the extra mile. I can only assume support for Druva would be the same.

Using Druva inSync

Druva is an incredibly easy product to manage and deploy both for administrators and users. The user client is simple and straightforward, the administration console is well laid out, easy to comprehend and understand. Policies are also very nice to give users as much or as little control as you want.
