Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync

We backup all desktops and laptops and some phones. It allows users to access their data on other devices and quickly recover missing files.

Pros

  • Very good support
  • Quick backup
  • Device localisation

Cons

  • I would like to see an option to "backup ALL" which will backup everything on a user's profile
  • We don't need to worry about the infrastructure to backup our devices
Before we chose Druva we tested all other products available on the market and Druva inSync beat them by far.
Microsoft AD is slow down implementation . It would be good in the future if user can use more than one email address. Our users have more email addresses in the company which are pointing to the same account.
