Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync

Most of our users are on assigned laptops, and inSync gives us a great solution for efficient backups to a hosted environment. We use also make use of their O365 backup offering, backing up each users' Exchange, OneDrive, and tenant Sharepoint site collections.

Pros

  • It has an excellent portal, with granular enough settings to back up and drawdown data.
  • High praise of their support. They resolve tickets fast and are committed.
  • It solves local machine backup and cloud assigned apps in one solution.

Cons

  • Browsing backed up data can be cumbersome to review. Luckly for us, our needs are only a few nested folders of user data.
  • We rely totally on Druva backups for machine re-building and quick access data recovery.
I inherited my Druva instance, but support has been great with fine-tuning and planning data migrations from different zones.
