Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync

We use Druva inSync to backup one of our clients full Office 365 government environments. It addresses their company needs for an automated backup solution for their Office 365 environment to a cloud based solution that is automated and easy to use and interface with for end users and administrators.

Pros

  • Server based backup outside of Phoenix.
  • Government support for server based backup.
  • Better reports.
  • Reduced the impact of lost files in OneDrive.
  • Reduced costs in recovery of data.
  • Improved risk mitigation of OneDrive data loss.
We selected Druva due to its cloud nature for its backup, its ability to backup the Government Office 365 cloud and its ease of use.
Druva inSync was a very fast implementation. The confusing part was trying to get the AD Connector connected for the Government Cloud. Once working with support it was a fast implementation in order to get it fully functional and implemented without issues. Support is phenomenal with the product.

Druva inSync is a great cloud based backup solution that is quick and easy to implement into any Office 365 environment. It is government accessible for GCC and can backup the GCC Government cloud for Office 365. It is easy to configure and setup for automation upon user, teams and SharePoint creation for Office 365.
