Overall Satisfaction with Dubb - Video Communication Platform
Mortgage Brokers typically write long emails and spend countless hours on the phone with new / existing / prospective clients. Dubb has allowed me to engage on a more personal level at the first interaction as well as provide additional details that email and text will not allow.
- walks through the steps to create a video and publish it
- acts as a CRM
- tracks and analyzes the views received on a particular video
- easy to use automation and editing
- on the editing side: all of us beginners would love to have our embedded image look as flashy as those on youtube.....direct steps to get there would be helpful
- too many choices for color schemes - easy to get overwhelmed
- the quick video record and ability to capture only a portion of the screen area
- still early in use and cannot comment on this just yet
much more cost effective and easier to use
