Overall Satisfaction with Dynamic Yield

We use Dynamic Yield for A/B testing and personalization in the marketing department. It enables us to run A/B test easily through the admin and if we have any issues, the account managers and support team are always there to help us.

  • Lack of technical support for complex tests for those who can't code
  • With Dynamic Yield, we were able to test the newsletter pop-up delays to find the most optimal timing.
Dynamic Yield does not require a whole CMS integration which is great for us.
Dynamic Yield is great to modify your website and implement A/B tests easily. The way that they split the audience is very clean and the number of overlaps (where a user sees both variations) is minimal. It would be good to have some knowledge in HTML, CSS and Javascript to explore more complex tests. However, they are not able to ingest order cancellations/returns data in the dashboard so our analysis is still done internally.
