Dynamic Yield is a fundamental and essential tool for our Direct To Consumer department and is used to target specific audiences and personalize content across our entire website, whether it is deploying localized messaging or providing key guidance to users, or to power commercial opportunities via recommendations to drive up- and cross-sells.

We have an excellent customer success manager who offers great solutions to our ongoing business challenges. We usually discuss these over bi-weekly calls but support is available anytime we should need it. There is also a dearth of online resources that coach users through how to use and maximise effectiveness of the tool.
The Dynamic Yield tool is intuitive and has a pragmatic interface with some neat usability tricks that allows users to quickly and effectively build campaigns and experiments to test hypotheses and drive commercial improvements. By housing reporting alongside campaign settings, it is remarkably easy to gather insights and track performance.

Dynamic Yield is an excellent digital customer experience tool with a robust decision engine using machine learning and predictive algorithms to provide personalization, recommendations, automatic optimization, and one-to-one messaging. It is well suited when targeted messaging needs to be quickly adapted and also to position the right product in the right place at the right time.
