Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace

We use Dynatrace Managed and it is instrumented organization-wide. Dynatrace provides our dev teams the tools to determine RCAs for incidents.
  • Automation.
  • Self-service.
  • Integration.
  • Dashboard.
  • API standardization.
  • Automation of monitoring.
  • Ease of use/self-service.
AppDynamics and New Relic did not provide the ease of usability and the amount of automation that Dynatrace is able to provide us.
Support has room to improve, but is generally helpful.
