Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
Dynatrace is used organization-wide by over 100 applications. It is our main outage detection and management of performance for a wide range of applications. We use it in both development and production.
Pros
- Easy to deploy
- Great community and services
- Great customer Support
Cons
- Better mainframe support
- Better Synthetics
- Better sales models and costs
- A positive increase in availability.
- Increase in performance.
Dynatrace has a deeper road map with better updates and support. It simply does more. Cost-wise, they are about the same.
