[We] Started with Enterprise Synthetic Monitoring and migrated from AppMon to Dynatrace OneAgent. It is widely used to measure the response time and track the slowness of Product Life Cycle Management and SAP Applications.

- Dynatrace captures every bit of information of Applications Performance
- It has very nice Dashboards and Reports
- Auto Baselining of thresholds is the key and very useful
- The pricing structure needs improvement to simply for web checks and user sessions.
- More capabilities to include with OpenStack and Cloud Monitoring
- Easy analysis of data with some good examples
- Had helped in major IT outages
- Helped when a major application was down
- Helped for tracking slowness of Business applications

Cost is always is the factor for any company. If we can simply the licensing structure and charge only on the usage on specific applications and metrics would put Dynatrace in a very good sport.
