Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace

Dynatrace was at first used with some application teams of the bank. We currently use it to enhance the support of all applications across the bank (whole organization). It helps to find out the pain points from application development or production issues. They also get performance metrics for the applications.

  • Detailed host analysis.
  • Reports.
  • Instrumentation downtime.
  • We can find root cause issues very quickly.
  • Offers good performance metrics.
CA APM was not as solid in terms of end-to-end monitoring features. Everything looks broken.

We had resolved issues on some major incidents from some application teams. While the developers and support group could not find the root cause, we were involved to drill down to the problem details to the code level. One example we found was that the root cause of the issue is from vendor packages.
