Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
We use it company wide to monitor the network, both on prem and cloud, and all of our applications. We use it to monitor real time, do root cause analysis and for KPI reporting. We recently started using user session replay and I'm really excited for what that brings to our troubleshooting ability during incidents.
- Monitoring applications.
- Dashboards.
- Reporting could be better.
- More training towards certification.
- Quicker service restoration during outages.
- Fewer outages due to monitoring and alerts.
