Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace

We use Dynatrace for infrastructure monitoring along with some application development. The tool is used by the support team to aid with root cause analysis and reoccurring problem remediation.
  • Monitors resource contention.
  • Alerts on outages.
  • User group rights segmentation.
  • Monitoring of vCenter ESXi hosts.
  • We have wish list of items however none are a negative impact to our organization.
Although I don't always receive the answer I want the support has been very speedy and 9/10 individuals seem to genuinely care and are interested in the support.

Dynatrace is excellent to support infrastructure performance and aid teams with root cause analysis. The system does not require you to name each individual item and define thresholds for each individually.
