Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace

Dynatrace is mostly used by the monitoring team, and if there is a code issue, it gets passed on to the developers' team.

Dynatrace is overly expensive, but it provides a broader overview of infrastructure that AppDynamics can.
The support team doesn't seem to know Dynatrace well and and is always linking to documentation.

Amazon Elastic Block Store (EBS), AWS Certificate Manager, Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2)
Dynatrace is great to have a general, for an overview into the huge applications with multiple dependencies, but it's not a best tool for dashboarding and getting the code level bugs fixed.
