Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace

Our IT department is using Dynatrace for Application Performance Monitoring.

Pros

  • Identifies performance issues
  • Displays problems in a clear manner

Cons

  • Button label terminology
  • UI could be more intuitive
  • The ability to maintain up-time for business critical applications
  • Provide insight into improvements to the application code
Waiting on a Dynatrace architect to provide support to increase node cluster that failed.
