Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
I have been using this product for a long time and It really matters when you know how your own customer experience is with your customer-facing websites. It really does help to improve your own infrastructure.
- Helped the operations team find issues.
- Sends alerts on time.
- Being proactive in monitoring and catching up.
- I can not think of suggestions for improvement at this time.
- We've only seen a positive impact from Dynatrace.
It is a far better option than our previous product when comparing performance, data mining, and data analytics.
