Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace

I have been using this product for a long time and It really matters when you know how your own customer experience is with your customer-facing websites. It really does help to improve your own infrastructure.
  • Helped the operations team find issues.
  • Sends alerts on time.
  • Being proactive in monitoring and catching up.
  • I can not think of suggestions for improvement at this time.
  • We've only seen a positive impact from Dynatrace.
It is a far better option than our previous product when comparing performance, data mining, and data analytics.
they are very talented and technically focussed people. We come from operations background so it is really important people supporting are focussed and when we need their help, they stand for us
