Our media organisation has over the years grown to become the most visited news website in Ghana and with the advent of social media it has become necessary to use social media as a tool to expand our readership reach. Before using Echobox we use to manually share our stories but with the help of Echobox the need to have someone dedicated to doing such a job has been taken away.
- No need to have someone do the sharing and posting of links to our social media platforms. Exhobox does that better and easily.
- With it's AI timing Exhobox helps our social media post reach maximun impact as post are shared depending on the convinience of time.
- Interactivity and engagement on our social media posts has increased since using Echobox.
- Echobox is yet to implement a feature that allows direct posting to Facebook stories, having such a feature will be very helpful.
- Posting to Instagram using Exhobox at the moment needs to be done manually, it will be good if this is worked on.
- Working with Echobox has proven to be more efficient
