Overall Satisfaction with eClinicalWorks

  • Keep track of balances
  • Make scheduling templates easy to use
  • Fnding a patient is very easy

We selected eClinicalWorks because it had great reviews. We do find that it is much easier to use than Medisoft. Our employees tend to feel that it is a little easier to transition between the patient area and the exam area.
It is great for a family practice. It is a little harder to use in a multi-physician clinic. It has been hard to keep templates together for all the doctors.
