Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Emma to send marketing campaigns on behalf of a client. They use their software through my agency to manage their email lists, send holiday messages, and create new emails for their business.

Pros and Cons

Great email design tool.
Nice interface for agencies looking to help clients manage email marketing.
Easy billing for agencies to bill clients for the software without having to manage the process themselves.

There are small areas for them to improve, but nothing I can think of that's particularly alarming. It's the same for every software company worth it's weight :)

Return on Investment

They've left a positive return to the businesses that use their solution. I don't have specific numbers, but managing an email list wouldn't be so simple without Emma.

None of those platform were good for an agency and their clients. Managing multiple email clients in one system isn't something you find everywhere. It's also not easy to pay for the other platforms since they are built for the enterprise and not SMB.

Likelihood to Recommend

Emma has been a great partner during my marketing career, helping me to support a handful of clients and ALWAYS responsive to my support requests with the team. They have a great staff and a great energy. Great to work with.
