Our development & communications team uses Emma to share important nonprofit organization news with our donors, partners, board, staff, and volunteers. It is one of our core methods of fundraising and communicating with our community.

MailChimp seems to offer more customizable options than Emma, but Emma is far less buggy. I used Constant Contact while working with another nonprofit organization and did not anything about it.
