Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Service Cloud

Emplifi is a very useful platform that helps us interact with consumers of our various brands. It helps us decrease SLA, and gain unique insights in our consumers. For us, Emplifi is essential to create two-way dynamic communication with our consumers. Our consumers value this lower barrier to contact us and getting interaction on the content they share with us and publicly.

It is great to lower barriers to interact with consumers and to create a two-way communication. For more complicated cases, it may not be as appropriate for which a more traditional case handling system can be more convenient
