Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

We use Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud to improve our work with social media content and analysis. The platform help us to improve our planning and executation with social media content, from facilitating the scheduling content to monitoring interactions through all social channels, as well as analyzing best content performance and important metrics for social monitoring.

Although Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is not a very easy platform to use and learn how to use by yourself, in a self-taught way, but once you get a trainning, watching some tutorials and starting using the platform with frequency it's pretty ok to do the basics and use the funcionalities, .
Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud it's a more complete tool to manage social media content and data insights and analysis. As a global organization, we do not have so many issues with multiple users, permissions and we can have a big picture of all accounts - as well as their performance, growth and best content.

Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is a well decision for those who are looking for an all-in-one tool to manage their social channels and have a better view about their performance and engagement. It must not be a best decision for those who look for a better organic performance, since the platform doesnt allow us to configure post the same as it's possible on the native platforms.
