Overall Satisfaction with Encompass from Ellie Mae
I have been using Ellie Mae's Encompass for nearly 10 years. The product is very robust and is customizable to each company's needs. As an industry leader, Encompass is always on the cutting edge of changes in compliance and interfaces with almost everyone. Encompass is a beginning to end solution, we use the software from pre-app marketing through delivery to our investors and final docs.
- Encompass is a great system for a paperless process. We use it for e-signing docs and collecting borrower docs through scanning the closing package.
- Encompass could use an update to its underlying architecture. Because it still runs on an old architecture, it lags and becomes bogged down at peak times.
- Encompass is not inexpensive solution, but you get what you pay for.
