Encompass is used for all Origination and post closing as well as their docs solution
- The do a great job of keeping up with regulatory changes.
- They are always on top of new technological trends
- Any time you speak to any of their employees they are helpful and pleasant to work with. They a great group! They have always been great at following up on issues we have.
- Their technical support could use some improvement. The resource center is clumsy to work with for finding answers to higher end functionality issues
- Their custom forms editor needs updating
- Encompass has allowed us to automate most compliance functions
- Encompass has allowed us to be able to report on our entire pipeline real time.
