Overall Satisfaction with Encompass from Ellie Mae
We now utilize Encompass as our LOS and we are working towards it being our end-to-end system.
- Best integration with Optimal Blue PPE.
- Ability to customize business rules for different personas.
- Integrated with more softwares than any other LOS.
- Consumer interface still lacking.
- Cost of some integrations is excessive.
- Excellent that many services are included in the standard package. Grows with the company very easily. So many adminstrators are so familiar with Encompass it makes the initial investment reasonable.
Most MLOs are familiar with Encompass. This makes recruiting easier. Hiring administrators is easier than other LOS. The fact that Encompass is used so widely helps you find better employees to customize the LOS as well as fully utilize it. Even without the SDK the screen builder gives you ample flexibility to customize the view. Custom milestones with business rules for each allow you to control what must be done to each file at each stage fo the process and really control the workflow. Mavent integration and customization gives great peace of mind in this compliance intensive industry.
