Overall Satisfaction with Engagedly
We use Engagedly for Performance Management (reviews and ongoing), as well as goal setting, and employee recognition. We were looking for a single solution platform for all of our Performance Management needs and this was the best one out there. We demoed about 5 others and we are so happy we went with Engagedly.
- setting up review cycles so they can be repeated and capture all data along the way
- creating the structure of a goal from individual all the way up to the company that is easily tracked
- employee engagement/recognition that our employees are actually excited about
- sometimes configurations/ templates don't save. it seems you have to hit save on every page or step of the way
- not all configuration questions are necessarily self-explanatory, the help guide is helpful but clearer definitions would help
- more engagement
- saved an enormous amount of time and stress in review process
the goal and review cycle alignment was superior to others. the price point was within our budget. And the employee recognition wasn't too over the top but also wasn't boring. we also looked at the clear company and a few others
