We use Engagedly for performance review and evaluation at our organization and it proves to be a really great tool. It also helps us in having trainings and other courses for the employees. Engagedly is also used as a tool to encourage employee by giving feedback!

I recommend using Engagedly for better management systems, be it feedbacks, learning, performance reviews, performance improvement, continuous monitoring, goals update, etc. I am an avid user of this tool and it really helps in team management!
