Overall Satisfaction with eSign Genie

eSign Genie is extremely easy to use. My favorite feature is where you have the ability to add signatures, text fields, and any other input into your document without any specific "plan." Everything from eSign Genie comes all in one. Another benefit is that you can pay per document rather than having a monthly subscription.

  • The interface is a little dated.
  • You can't make adjustments to sent docs.
  • There are limited support staff.
  • Ease of use.
  • Documented and saved in dashboard.
  • Ability to pay as you go.
We have used other e-sign platforms, but we have found that eSign Genie, although not a huge company, has performed well and met our needs on every level. I especially like how there is no monthly subscription, and we can have access to all input field types without having to pay for a specific plan.

Well, I feel that eSign Genie is well suited for anyone who may be looking for a great electronic document supplier. eSign genie has performed well over the years and our clients love it. I think the value for what they offer can't be beat. I would definitely give them a try.
