Our organization's development department uses eTapestry to track pledges and payments from individual and corporate donors, foundations and government funders.
- Tracks pledges and payments toward pledges well
- Not intuitive or user friendly
- Extremely difficult to create and run reports
- Clunky interface that is difficult to navigate
- Very slow
- It's made running basic reports a headache, which has made my work less efficient.
Salesforce is user friendly, and it makes running reports, creating to-do lists, and assigning tasks to colleagues simple. It's much more accessible.
