Overall Satisfaction with eTapestry
At FSL we use etapestry in the development and communications department. A total of 5 people have access to the database in the company with only 3 able to make changes to any information entered. This software has given us a single platform with which we track donations, donor levels, campaign progress, event attendance, and volunteer hours, as well as board member activity.
- User-friendly dashboard!
- Great training available for all users and user levels.
- Tracks campaign progress in a visible and easy to understand way.
- Handles multiple campaigns, funding areas and goals with ease.
- The query and reporting functions are somewhat limited and take a while to set up.
- User-defined fields could be more clear.
- The ROI is great! We are just starting our development processes, and the pricing couldn't be better.
eTapestry has been a great place to start with online donor management! It has a great price point, wonderful training, and integrates well with our P2P platform everydayhero. We selected eTapestry because we are new to fundraising and needed something to ease us into the world. We have yet to outgrow its capabilities.
