It's our company's marketing automation tool and prospect database. We sent 1 - 2 email campaigns from eTrigue each week, building and tagging lists from our prospect database.
Pros
- Easy to use - intuitive GUI
- Used to use Eloqua before switching to eTrigue. In comparison, eTrigue is simpler and faster
- Easy to teach other employees how to use
Cons
- I wish the custom reporting tool was more intuitive
- faster lead conversion
- better coordination between sales and marketing
- more accurate source reporting for leads
- more accurate ROI tracking for campaigns
- Eloqua
No comparison. Eloqua is clunky and time consuming. They both have the same features but eTrigue is cleaner, simpler, faster and less expensive. By comparison, Eloqua implementation and training took 2 weeks and an onsite paid consultant. eTrigue implementation and training took 3 days, at no addl. cost and was achieved remotely.
