eTrigue is helping us to keep a view on website visitors, companies interested in us, partners, competitors and prospects.
  • The reports are concise and easy to use
  • eTrigue is a discrete and easy to use tool
  • The functionality is very rich and offers detailed insights
  • Sometimes the interface between the email and the online portal is not idea
  • A direct 'click' link to companies in the email reports would be helpful
  • We have not quantified this, but having guidance on 'prospects to watch' is a really valuable asset
Because the product has been a valuable asset and very useful to our business, it's features and functionality are very easy to use and manage and the information given is an invaluable business tool and asset.
The tool is flexible and can be helpful either on a very basic level, or for a fully integrated approach - on that basis it is an ideal solution for most businesses.
