Overall Satisfaction with eTrigue DemandCenter

We selected eTrigue to replace multiple automation tools and manual processes. It was primarily used by sales and marketing. It made the lead management process very streamlined resulting in more effective use of the leads that were being generated and with a faster turn around time. Better ROI.

Used home grown solutions which were less sophisticated. Evaluated other heavily marketed offerings which were more complex and expensive to implement and use. eTrigue was very easy to implement, easy to adopt and easy on the budget.
It met all our needs and expectations. Great customer support in the rare occasions we needed help. Started seeing quick business results.
Good fit for SMB organizations.

eTrigue DemandCenter Implementation

Very straightforward to implement. Real easy and good support when you need it from eTrigue.
Change management was minimal - Easy to implement and use. Significant improvement over existing in house solution. It was a welcome change which helped.
