Overall Satisfaction with Everstage

We use Everstage for payroll and commission calculation across our team.
It helps us to calculate the incentive easily and to plan future goals to achieve the targets.
It also helps and motivates the team to run a healthy competition across the floor.

  • UX should improve a bit
  • There should be a room for custom date filters

  • A little lag during the process

We generally run incentive policies on a weekly basis.
It becomes hard to take care of the data.
Also, we keep improvising our weekly incentive based on performance level.
With Everstage, and without the manpower, it has become easy to analyze everything and manage it easily.
